The object of this thesis is to determine client´s preferences when choosing a fitness trainer. The theoretical part is focused on the profession trainer. What is the job of fitness trainers, what are the types of coaches and what qualities they have. The profession trainer education is essential, therefore, is one chapter devoted to educational opportunities in the Czech Republic. The practical part deals with clients, their needs and requirements for personal fitness trainer. Theoretical basis of questionnaires used to build the research questions.

The goal of my thesis project is development of personal trainer iPhone application. Through combination of daily intake and daily expenditure monitoring including also pedometer function, the user will be motivated to exercise and modify his or her daily habits. Key part of my work is actual application and its user interface design. Furthermore my thesis describe the iOS platform application development and includes a basic information about the metabolic function.

Nikola Pětíková Title: A compilation of corrective exercises for fixing muscle asymmetries Aim: The aim of this thesis was to compile a set of basic corrective exercises based on literature review and basic principles that may be used as a methodical guide during a creation of compensatory programs under the guidance of a qualified personal trainer in commercial fitness centres. Method: The thesis is prepared as a methodological tool that includes knowledge from literary sources available to the academic public. The theoretical section deals with the most common forms of muscle asymmetries and imbalances mostly prevalent in the general population. The practical section brings the set of the most suitable corrective exercises. Conclusion: The result of this thesis is the methodical tool that may serve as the supplementary material for qualified personal trainers in the process of examining the locomotor system during the client's diagnosis and the subsequent inclusion of corrective exercises in the training plan according to client's personal needs. Criteria for selection a personal trainer by woman clients of fit center

Title: Criteria for selection a personal trainer by woman clients of fit center. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to determine the significance of the individual criteria according to which the clients of the Living Well hotel fitness center select the personal trainer and compare the conclusions with the theoretical knowledge stated in the relevant literature. Methods: The thesis is divided into the theoretical (descriptive analytical) and practical part. Within the theoretical part, a literary research is performed by a descriptive analysis of professional literature dealing with active lifestyle, quality of life and meaning of physical activity. The importance of fitness centers as private business entities based on the individual needs of clients is analyzed. The practical part is a qualitative research carried out within the framework of the Living Well Hotel in Prague 8, which aims to determine the order and weights of individual criteria according to which the clients choose their personal trainer and the motivation to practice with the selection of a personal trainer. Title ANALYSIS OF KINETIC PROGRAMS IN THE PURE JATOMI FITNESS CENTER HARFA Aims The aim of my bachelor thesis is to create a study of offered kinetic programs in the fitness center Pure Jatomi Fitness Harfa. Also I have focused in my work on the person of the coach/instructor of group lessons. Methods I have intentionally chosen fitness center Pure Jatomi Fitness Harfa as the main branch of most developing chain of fitness centers in the Czech republic. The study of kinetic programs itself was made on the basis of research of information from literature and methodical materials for education of instructors. Also in the thesis was used the method of direct observation in above mentioned fitness center and the participation in the lessons of offered kinetic programs as well. An in-depth interviews with employees of the fitness center were carried out, specifically with general manager, fitness manager and also with coaches and instructors of group lessons. During the comparison of competitors was used the method of comparison. Using the SWOT analysis I was trying to find out, what is the real position of the fitness center on the market.
